As you guys may be aware by now, the @dewalttough @dewalt_ca TSTAK radio has been released in North America, and this is by far one of the best jobsite soundsystems on the market. – I can say that with confidence because Ive had the opportunity to be around early models, and this was released earlier in the year in the UK/Europe. – The TSTAK radio is a 4 speaker, double sub (one active and one passive rad) system that fully integrates with tstak drawer or storage bins. The clips have been upgraded to a steel hinge, much like later model toughsystem units. – Its powered by an AC adapter, 12v pack, or 20v pack including the larger 6.0-12.0 FlexVolt packs. It will charge these packs while plugged in, but keep in mind this is trickle charge and not designed to replace a primary charge station. – The colour display is vivid and very easy to read even in brighter lighting conditions. Its not a touchscreen as I had seen a few people mention. There are 6 capacitive touch buttons on the sides of the screen that are adaptive, meaning their functions change as you navigate through the various menus. – Ill get deep into settings in another post. – Available now @atlasmachinery $249 CAD. – #dewalt #tstak #tstakradio #newtools #jobsiteradio
