Milwaukee finally gives us a release date and more importantly, a price on the all new MX Fuel Hand-Held Core Drill

Ever since Milwaukee NPS 2019, where Milwaukee shocked us all with a surprise reveal of the MX system, we’ve been holding our breath waiting for the tools to finally hit the stores. This week, Milwaukee confirmed another arrival, the Milwaukee MX Fuel Hand-Held Core Drill.

The new system promises a safer handheld coring experience and the power to core up to 6” holes in reinforced concrete. THAT, is why they need that giant battery folks. This is the first time a drill of this size has been battery powered, ever. Those who have used corded solutions, are well aware of the regular tripped breakers when the tool is pushed too far. This will no longer be an issue.

Speaking of safety, the new clutch and autostop tech assure maximum control and reduces kick back when the tool binds up.

The tool is an absolute beast, weighing in at over 21 pounds with their CP battery, and fortunately it’s available with a stand.

The drill will finally be available THIS MONTH, may 2020, for $2,649, or as a kit with the stand for $3,999. Or, you can add the stand later for $1,499. Both options are available for pre-order right now at OhioPowertool.com
