Milwaukee and Empire are Leveling the Playing Field

Empire celebrated their 100-year anniversary at the 2019 Milwaukee NPS. Empire is continuing their tradition of creating, innovating, and revolutionizing practical tool solutions focused on leveling and layout applications with two new products being revealed at the event. And Milwaukee has followed suit with two new levels of their own.

The new Milwaukee Pocket Level features amplified rare earth magnets for 2X the holding power of leading competitors. This thing has the optimal size for fitting into tight spaces on any jobsite, and the SHARPSITE Vial Technology provides a clear and accurate reading of the level, 1/8″ and ¼” pitch, in any position. This small, but mighty, pocket level is made up of durable diecast aluminum construction, so like everything made by Milwaukee it’s built to last. Coming to Ohio Power Tool in September 2019.

To prevent dog legs in conduit when making multiple bends Milwaukee brings you the Pipe Lock Level with three machined surfaces giving it an accurate lock onto conduit. Best-in-class 270-degrees of vial visibility makes it easy to read quickly, and the non-removable thumb screw with an e-Clip makes the thumb screw hard to lose—saving you both time and money. Coming to Ohio Power Tool in September of 2019.

Empire has expanded their digital level line to include a digital torpedo level. The new em105.9 Auto-Calibrated Torpedo Level provides you with a clear and precise digital readout immediately, making it ready to measure, replicate, and inspect any angle accurately when powered on. With best-in-class magnet strength and over-sized display this thing is very easy to use. 6 measuring display modes make it more than just a level—it makes it a must have for everyone. Coming to Ohio Power Tool in October 2019.

Also, in September of 2019, Empire will be releasing the new Empire eXT Extendable Levels for superior versatility for any job. Available in 24″ to 40″ and 48″ to 78″ you can now reduce the amount of levels you need to carry onto the jobsite without compromising precision accuracy. This versatility combined with 0.0005″/in accuracy offers a best-in-class solution for you and the vast array of applications you face day in and day out.
