Ohio Power Tool continues to grow and expand their offering of tools, supplies and services with a goal to become a destination to shop for all the big kid toys you really want & need. The Makita Pro Center seemed like the perfect addition to continue to expand the Makita offering and give customers a more interactive shopping experience.
All Makita Pro Centers (find one close to you) offers a lot of value with in showroom displays of their most popular tools, in-store promotions, larger stock, warranty service/repairs and special events. Nationwide there are very few, most major cities are limited to only 1, maybe 2 Pro Center locations so it’s great to finally see Columbus, Ohio on the Makita Pro Center map.
The Grand Opening Event for the Ohio Power Tool Makita Pro Center is Tuesday, July 26th from 10:30am – 1:30pm at their Columbus, Ohio location @ 999 Goodale Blvd. The event is intended to highlight all the latest Makita tools and provide lots of hands on opportunities to actually cut concrete with an MM2 or MM4 gas saw, use Makita Rotary Hammers against other competitors, get a first look at new cordless technology like Makita 18V brushless recip, 18Vx2 cordless backpack and maybe even the 18V cooling fan jacket. Of course there will be a handful of Makita’s best and brightest staff there to answer any questions about any of their tools or accessories.
If you want to just take some time off that day and come down to meet Ally Mello, Miss Makita 2016 and have her sign a free calendar you are more than welcome (sorry no Senorita Makita). There will also be some nice door prizes and opportunity to win other Makita swag, should be a nice little afternoon.
