Klein announces a NEW Compact Thermal Imager, and you can be the first to get it! TI250

Klein Tools, the company that has been putting the spark in sparky since 1857, just revealed a brand new ultra-compact, rechargeable thermal imager with a shocking number of pixels. Why is this NOT in your toolbag yet?

This is the new Klein TI250 Rechargeable Thermal Imager, and yup, it’s just as small as it looks. At just over half a pound, this 2.4in screen somehow packs in an astonishing 10,000 pixels, ensuring you get the best possible view of hot spots in panels, wiring, motors, pumps, or equipment.

Quickly pull this little guy out of your bag and you’ll instantly be able to monitor energy loss, view unseen water damage behind walls, locate clogs in pipes, and even leaks in heating ducts. After choosing from 3 different color palettes, Ironbow, Rainbow, and Gray, you can use the crosshairs to pinpoint exact temperatures and even set temperature alarms.

Best of all, with the addition of a microSD card, you can take and store images for reporting.

The TI250 includes a carrying case and a micro-USB cable for charging. These are on their way to stores right now. You can pre-order one at OhioPowerTool.com for $249.

So what do you think? Is this the perfect form factor for a thermal imager? Let me know in the comments below.
